How does Ventoo Cloud Print for Business Central work?
Ventoo Cloud Print for Business Central is an extension for Business Central, which is provided and licensed via AppSource. Go to AppSource and install the Ventoo Cloud Print for Business Central extension. After installing the extension, you can store printer names for your printers in Business Central on the Business Central «Cloud Printer Management» page. You will then assign these printer names to the locally installed printers.
To make the locally installed printers available for Business Central, you will find a connection token on the Business Central page «Cloud Print Setup» with which you can connect the free Windows application Ventoo Cloud Print to your Business Central environment. In the Windows application Ventoo Cloud Print you can assign your locally installed printers to the printers created in Business Central and then you can print to your local printers via all print dialogs in Business Central. You can of course install the Windows application Ventoo Cloud Print at several physical locations, as the secure integration of printers from several networks is no problem for Ventoo Cloud Print.
